DUDUK will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday.
For a seamless procedure, please ensure you supply us with the correct shipping address, email, and phone number. For international orders, please ensure your delivery information is in English characters.
All requests for returns must be received within 7 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in as-new condition with the DUDUK swing tag attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
- Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults by us such as overlooked stains, tore and broken zip etc.
Sales purchases are final.

a) once purchased items have been washed, items are not eligible for return.
b) there are no refunds on sale items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
